We will meet virtually via Zoom. If you would like to attend, please register below (this is how we will the send the link).

There will be an RSVP cut off for this meeting. In order to attend, you must RSVP By November 7.

Language of Board Meetings

As NCRID has members and stakeholders who are Deaf, deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind, and hearing, we seek to foster a welcoming, accessible, and equitable environment at our Board meetings. The default language of NCRID Board meetings is ASL. We also want to be good stewards of members’ dues and financial investments, and do not want to provide interpretation unnecessarily—but want to ensure interpretation is provided if needed. If you are unable to participate in the meeting in ASL and need to request English interpretation, please do so via the Accommodation Request below.

Let us know if anything changes

We welcome anyone who is interested in attending the NCRID Board meeting! It is important for us to have an accurate prediction of how many folks will be in attendance, to help with planning space and other logistics. Therefore, we ask that folks who RSVP please let us know if something changes and you are no longer able to attend. Two weeks before the meeting, we will contact everyone who has RSVPed and ask that you confirm your attendance within the week.
