With approximately 250 people in attendance, we were able to provide a top quality educational and professional enriching weekend for interpreters in multiple states. Please consider this invitation for your level of involvement for 2020 and how you would like to be represented at our largest interpreter event of the year.

Conference SPONSORS have several options for donating:

• Gold ($1000+ OR In-kind contribution equaling this level)
  Includes: complimentary conference admission (access to workshops and food) for TWO, 6-foot rectangle table with two chairs and electricity in prime location with high traffic, full-page advertisement and listing on the “Sponsors” page in the digital program book, professionally printed sponsor poster displayed in your area, rolling advertisement in main sessions

• Silver ($500-$999 OR In-kind contribution equaling this level)
  Includes: complimentary conference admission (access to workshops and food) for ONE, 6-foot rectangle table with two chairs and electricity in high-traffic location, printed recognition around conference and rolling advertisement in main sessions

• Bronze ($250-$499 OR In-kind contribution equaling this level)
  Includes: printed recognition on a variety of materials around conference

• Basic ($100-$249)
  Includes: Listing on the “Sponsors” section in our digital slideshow.

Conference EXHIBITORS can reserve a display table for $100.00 and have a listing in the EXHIBIT section in the conference slideshow. There is NO FREE REGISTRATION included in this option for anyone operating the table. This option is restricted to educational and non-profit entities only and is subject to NCRID Board approval.
