As Sign Language Interpreters we all know to get better we must practice. We must engage in deliberate practice to be exact. But what exactly is deliberate practice? This workshop will give a brief overview of what deliberate practice is and how the presenter typically engages in her own deliberate practice. Then the participants will get an opportunity for some hands on practice with feedback for themselves, from their colleagues and or from the presenter.
