Call for Student Representatives
2023 NCRID Conference - Charlotte, NC
THANK YOU for your interest in volunteering for the 2023 NCRID conference. If you are a current Interpreting/ITP student (including upcoming May 2023 graduates), please apply.
*Priority will be given to students who have never served as a NCRID student representative, are available for the entire conference, NC residents, and NCRID Student Members.
Important info before applying:
Arrival is Wednesday, June 14, 3:00pm and departure is Saturday, June 17 around 6:00pm.
The complete application is due by March 31, 2023 April 15, 2023. All pieces of the application must be received in order for it to be considered complete. No extensions will be granted.
You are responsible for your travel to and from Charlotte (University Hilton).
NCRID will pay for your lodging Wed / Thur / Fri evenings as well as your conference registration. ($550 value)
You will share a hotel room with another Student Rep. The option to have a private room can be purchased for $300.00.
NCRID will provide all breakfasts for you as well as some other meals during. Be prepared to pay for at least 2 meals on your own. ($175 value)
Limited positions available. We typically select 8-10 and then 2 alternates.
Further instructions will be provided upon being accepted.
