Kevin W. Earp is native to NC and a graduate of Eastern NC School for the Deaf. He also graduated from NTID, Gallaudet and East Carolina University. He is responsible for developing statewide policy and program resources for Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
