Would you like to be at the top of your customers’ list of preferred interpreters? Join us as we hear from a panel of Deaf consumers and a panel of interpreter coordinators. Lee Williamson, as moderator, will be asking the panelists questions to help us learn how we can best meet their needs and get their business. We will consider all aspects of an interpreter and their work, including interpreting performance, professional conduct, business practices, and attitude. Let’s listen to our customers so that we can ensure that we are providing them with the services that they want.
