Workshop Description: The goal of this workshop is to explore and define professional relationships with the communities that sign language interpreters work within. This will provide opportunities for participants to explore scenarios that have happened within their own lives as well as explore potential professional scenarios. We will be looking at these relationships through the lens of the RID Code of Professional Conduct as well as through the Demand Control Schema.
