The Raleigh—Wake Emergency Communications Center invites the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, and Visually Impaired Community to an informational session to learn about text -to- 911 and 911 emergency services. Text to 911 could be a lifesaver for those who cannot make a voice call. We want our visitors and residents of Raleigh and Wake County to be safe and informed.
